Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Production Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations. The role involves managing the production process, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that products meet both efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure optimal output.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure machines and equipment are maintained in top working condition.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain production records and analyze data to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and environmental safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging industry.
• Strong technical understanding of injection and blow molding processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
